On further inspection, the high quality typography works using right ogoneks more than centered ogoneks seem to be the more dated ones. The more recent Navajo works use centered ogoneks.3 -

By the way the font displaying ƒ right now does something really odd. The glyph is upright as the letter, but has the dimensions of a currency symbol matching figures. So it's totally unusable in Ewe…1 -
